Energy Policy of the EU after Lisbon Treaty

Filip Černoch, Head of the Energy Section, published an article 'Energy Policy of the EU after Lisbon Treaty' in the Global Politics journal. The text analyzes the changes in the EU energy policy after the Lisbon Treaty. The main goal of the text is to assess whether the creation of a particular chapter devoted to energy and the fact that the energy became part of the Shared competencies resulted in a real shift in communitarization of a given area.
