New Issue of the Azerbaijan and Caspian Studies Center Bulletin

In december 2010, new issue of the Bulletin of the Azerbaijan and Caspian Studies Center has been published with focus on bilateral relations between Caspian and European countries. It analyzes these relations from many perspectives, including foreign policy, economy, but also security. Can Germany act as a mediator of the Caucasus?
