Filip Černoch: The Czech Republic in the Coal War

Filip Černoch, Director of the Energy Security Section of the IIPS MU, has published an article in the E15 magazine named The Czech Republic in the Coal War. "If territorial limits concerning coal mining aren't broken, one million inhabitants of the Czech Republic will be in danger of lack of heat in five years' time," The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic said.
