Second Issue of the ACSC Bulletin

In October 2009, second issue of the Azerbaijan and Caspian Studies Center Bulletin has been published. It's named 'Economic Issues of the Caspian Region' and it features articles on business in Abkhazia and South Ossetia, GUAM organization, but also analysis on current position of Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan-Armenian conflict, role of information in Azerbaijani economy and a report from the summer school on energy politics. Bulletin is available online in the 'Azerbaijan Studies' section.
