Negotiation and Practice Negotiation in Council of the European Union

In halls and lobbies of the siege of the Council, Brussels Justus Lipsius Palace, representatives of member states often decide on the future of the European Union. However there are lots of myths and misunderstandings on the manners how this decision making works, partly also due to relative closeness of this institution. The aim of Robert Zbiral's new publication is to answer the question how do member states representatives in Council agree and what impacts it might have in terms of effectivity and legitimacy. The book has been published in Czech language. Available for order here.
