Member of the Energy section on the conference "Ensuring Energy Security in Europe: The Need for a multifaceted Approach“

On the 20th February 2012 a conference named "Ensuring Energy Security in Europe: The Need for a multifaceted approach" was held at the Czernin Palace in Prague. The conference was organised by the Prague Security Studies Institute and the Fondation pour la Recherche Stratégique in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech republic and the French Embassy in Prague.

The conference was focused on actual topics concerning current European debate on energy security. One of the subjects of discussion was also the topic of technological solutions for increasing the european energy security with an emphasis on the nuclear security. The Energy section leader, Mgr. Filip Černoch, Ph.D., moderated the morning block of speeches where strategic, economical and political aspects of energy security were discussed.
