Czech-Polish Energy Cooperation: Furthering Shared Interests in the EU

One of the main security and foreign policy priorities of both Poland and the Czech republic is energy and energy security; both counties have accentuated or are willing to accentuate this topic within their presidency of the European Union (Czech 2009 and Polish 2011). Both states have at the same time number of overlapping interests within the energy sector. The research of these interests will be conducted by the Energy Section of the IIPS MU in cooperation with Polish think-tank CENTRUM STOSUNKÓW MIĘDZYNARODOWYCH and will be supported by Czech-Polish Forum.
