Energy Security of the Czech Republic and Future of the EU Energy Security

Identification of the optimal combination of both infrastructural and political solutions to ensure energy security (mainly energy supplies) of the Czech Republic with respect to planned and considered gas transit projects and newly designed position and possibilities of the EU energy policy. But also formulation of concrete recommendations that would help to press this solution. These are goals of the study which will be conducted by the Energy Section of the IIPS MU in cooperation with colleagues from Poland, Slovakia and Hungary but also Brussels institutions from April to December 2010. Research is funded within grant scheme of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic.
