Presentation of the Energy section on the development of unconventional gas resources at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

On 24th January a presentation of the study dealing with the future of unconventional gas resources in Poland made by Energy section of the IIPS will be held at Czernin palace, Prague. This study, dealing with the shale gas resources, was made on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech republic. The aim of the research was to study this highly relevant topic with regard to its notable potential for the central europen energetic sector. The presentation will be held in the presence of invited experts from the energy sector.

 

 

The main topics of the presentation are intended to be: actual situation of unconventional gas resources in Poland, impact on the central european gas market, the position of the European union and role of the Russian federation with regard to its position of dominant gas-supplier.
The study will be presented by Mgr. Filip Černoch, Ph.D., Mgr. Petr Ocelík, Mgr. Jan Osička a Mgr. Veronika Zapletalová.
